Pick a layout, fill in your details, press copy once, and paste into Gmail or Outlook. Table markup with inline styles throughout, so it survives forwarding and renders the same in every client.

Put every PNG from the asset bundle into one folder — the field assumes /assets/social/ — and keep the filenames as they are. Each icon ships twice: linkedin.png is white for the purple bar, linkedin-dark.png is purple for the layouts that place icons on white. The builder picks the right one per layout.
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, then paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V).
Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature, then paste.
Outlook desktop: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, then paste.
Card is the loudest and works hardest in a first email to a client. Rail is calmer — the purple column reads as a margin rather than a banner, which sits better in a long reply chain. Line is three lines tall and almost disappears; it's what senior people tend to end up on, because a tall signature under a two-sentence reply looks out of proportion.
Unchecking the images box turns any of the three into a version with nothing to load, using an orange rule in place of the logo tile and platform names in place of icons.
